8/16: Encampment Parents Meeting PLEASE ATTEND
Dear Cadets and Parents,
Tuesday’s meeting will include a required informational session for cadets AND PARENTS for those attending CTWG Encampment. Please remember to inform your parents to attend this meeting. The Encampment Commander will be there to answer any questions about the Encampment and to provide you with important information.
PARENTS: Please make every effort to attend if possible. Please respond to confirm your attendance. We understand some may have a schedule conflict; just let me know if at least one parent cannot attend so we can relay important information to you.
Cadets not attending Encampment may work on other tasks needed for their next promotion, including drill and boards. We will also have a Safety briefing.
The meeting will take place concurrently with our normal Squadron meeting:
